POWERLAB is an internet based programming environment which allows complete control over the code development for aftermarket EFI controllers. Users interact with a graphical interface made up of a combination of sliders, select boxes, and checkboxes to customize an application for their EFI vehicle. Starting from a general default application or modifiying from an existing one, a user goes through a step by step process making adjustments to meet their individual needs.
Application development in POWERLAB is endless with the number of different combinations available. Along with the common adjustments for cruise, acceleration, and full throttle, applications can enable Pressure, NOS, and a couple different Voltage Control types in any combination they want. Take each control a step further and enable it as a feature which allows even more fine tuning. Gen3 technology supports up to 3 extra features and Gen3.5 technology suports up to 6, but POWERLAB offers several times the number of features to choose from. POWERLAB also supports the ability to set the default light settings so no immediate operator intervention is needed.
POWERLAB accounts include a user ID and password to allow access to the programming environment. Every account is protected through an encryption process using a serial key. The serial key is used with the docking station software to ensure only the POWERLAB user can use their generated hex files to reprogram their units.
